Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use offerbuysellbd.com or order from Offer Buy Sell, an online shop in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are shown on each product page. The delivery charge is added at checkout.
  • We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • Prices and stock can change without notice. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, or is no longer available, we will tell you before sending it, and you can cancel.

Orders

  • You can order on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. Please give your correct name, mobile number and full address.
  • We may call or message you to confirm your order before we send it.
  • We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the address is incomplete, if the product is out of stock, or if the order looks fake.

Payment

We take cash on delivery: you pay the product price and the delivery charge to the delivery person when your parcel arrives. If we offer other ways to pay, they will be shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh, usually in 1–3 days. Charges and details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is handed to the courier: call or WhatsApp us. Once it has been sent, refusing the parcel without a valid reason means paying the delivery charge, and we may not accept cash-on-delivery orders from you in future (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Returns and refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Reviews

Reviews should be honest and about the product you bought. We publish reviews after checking them, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or not about the product.

Using this website

The text, photos and design of this website belong to Offer Buy Sell or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for business use, and do not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka will handle any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
