Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Offer Buy Sell ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit offerbuysellbd.com or order from us by phone, WhatsApp or Messenger.

Information we collect

  • Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, the products you order and any note you add.
  • Messages: what you tell us when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or Messenger, or email us.
  • Reviews: the name and review you submit if you review a product.
  • Browsing information: the pages you visit and the products you view or add to your cart, with technical details such as your browser, device and IP address. Your cart is saved in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back.

How we use your information

  • To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To handle replacements and refunds (see our Return & Refund Policy).
  • To answer your questions and help you.
  • To keep our website working and secure, and to stop fake orders.
  • To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

  • Courier companies that deliver your order receive your name, mobile number, address and the amount to collect.
  • Our e-commerce platform, EcomTech (ecomtechbd.com), runs this website and stores order information for us.
  • Meta (Facebook): we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to see which of our ads lead to visits and orders. Meta receives information about your visit and what you do on our website (such as viewing a product, adding it to your cart or placing an order), your IP address and browser details, and your mobile number in hashed (scrambled) form — and, when you order, your name in hashed form too. Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy, and you can change your ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website uses your browser's storage to keep your cart, and the Meta Pixel uses cookies to recognise visits that come from our ads. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the website still works, but your cart may be emptied.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle replacements and refunds, keep business and accounting records, and meet legal requirements.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only people who need your information to handle your order can see it. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take care to protect yours.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for an order or a legal reason. Contact us using the details below.

Children

Our website is not meant for children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
