Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains what to do if something is wrong with it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered (wrong product, size or colour), we will replace it or refund you.

  • Tell us within 3 days of delivery by phone, WhatsApp or Messenger.
  • Send photos of the item and its packaging, or a video of you opening the parcel, with your name and the mobile number you ordered with.
  • Keep the item unused (apart from checking it), in its original packaging, with all its parts, accessories and gifts.

When we have checked your photos or video, we will arrange to collect the item or tell you how to send it back. We pay the return delivery charge in these cases.

Replacement or refund

  • We send you a replacement of the same item. If it is out of stock, we refund you instead.
  • A refund is the full amount you paid for that item, including its delivery charge. We send it by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

What we cannot accept

  • Returns because you changed your mind or no longer need the item.
  • Problems reported more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Damage caused after delivery by misuse, accidents or wrong fitting.
  • Items that have been used, washed or altered, or are missing their packaging or parts.
  • Small colour differences caused by screen settings.

When your parcel arrives

If the parcel looks damaged or opened, tell the delivery person and contact us straight away.

Refusing a parcel

Please order only what you intend to receive. If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door without a valid reason (such as a damaged parcel or the wrong item), you need to pay the delivery charge to the delivery person: ৳60 inside Dhaka or ৳130 outside Dhaka. We may also stop accepting cash-on-delivery orders from you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge before your order is handed to the courier. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you can.
